Account Registration & Security Setup

NamesLink platform uses email-based user registration.

  1. Account Registration

Provide a valid email address for registration. A verification code will be sent to your email for confirmation.

Set an account password with:

8-20 characters

Allowed: Letters (a-z, A-Z), digits (0-9), and punctuation (except spaces), the password must include at least 3 of the 4 character types

After you should entering:

  • Valid email

  • Correct verification code

  • Matching passwords (entered twice)

Then submit to create your NamesLink account.

Upon success: You'll receive a User ID for future logins.

  1. Enable Two-Step Verification (MFA)

For enhanced security, enable MFA using either:

  • A secure mobile number

  • Or an MFA authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator)

Please follow the on-screen instructions to set up your preferred method.

  1. Complete Contact Information

To access all platform features, please provide: ● Full name ● Country/Region + detailed address ● Phone number (can differ from MFA mobile) ● Postal code ● For business accounts: Company name + tax ID

  1. Account Login

Log in by entering either: Your registered email, or Assigned User ID Then complete password authentication.
